..the diet battle..

Haha..after so many days starting my diet..and I fail..huhu.

Tapi timbang hari ni..turun la another 1kg..so total weight loss is 2kg..sangat lembab ye.

Tu pun sebab pegi senamrobik semalam.

Memang maintain tak makan malam for quite some time..cuma adala 2x terbabas sebab adik nak banje makan tomyam and sekali lagi..ntahla..termakan bende lain selain nasik.

Susah gak ye nak maintain healthy life style. Sekarang ni tingin sangat minum air manis. Memang minum tapi x habis. Agaknye dah terprogram..nak air kosong gak lepas minum air manis. Kat opis memang minum kopi..tapi salu tak abis dan buang. Agaknye nak rasa2 je skit tapi tak abis.

Hai la..berat oh berat..baju semua ketat esp kat punggung. Tangkap gambar pakai seluar tak comel..tapi pakai skirt ok skit la.

Oh punggungku..nape la naik mencanak²..adeh..




Yessssss...ada rupa teddy bear la jugak. Weight loss oh weight losss..teringin nak buat Atkins balik tapi Mr Z tak bagi lak sebab dalam menu tu tak ambik buah. Hmm..kene ikut la cakap dia..ye tak..dia lagi expert. Pesan dia..siang boleh makan la nak makan apa tapi agak² la..cuma jangan makan malam dan buat lunges..part makan malam tu, I started to use at it..tapi lunges..sangat malas ye..

Apa itu lunges? Pergerakan membengkokkan kaki macam gambar di bawah ni..


Khas untuk kecikkan hips and thighs. Dia suh buat malam² sebelum tdo..buat sampai penat. Nak kene start buat la..kene rajin ye..rajinnnnnnnn....

OK dah entry untuk hari ni..tetiba rasa nak u-uh.

..after 6 days..i lost 1kg..

Hilang 1kg..yeahhhh..after 6 days..not bad..huh..makan macam biasa but dont ever eat after 7..makan buah je kalau lapo..and it works..takde la turun macam jangkaan saya 1.4kg per week..but 1kg per week is not bad though..actually plus senamrobik 3 days per week..hehe..but it's fun and i like it.

Best gak diet x makan malam macam ni ye..i can eat whatever that i wanna eat but still loose weight. Actually but my calories intake is cut down by not having heavy dinner. Semalam saya pegi Seoul Garden with a good friend of mine, Kak Ina to celebrate our belated birthday together because our birthdate selang sehari je. So we all makan dengan sesuka hati..tapi saya ada rasa takut sikit..berat naik..tapi turun 0.1kg hari ni..skit tapi janji turun kan..semalam lepas kelas aerobik the day before..turun gila2..about 0.5kg.

Hopefully i can maintain this life style until the the 'day'..insyaAllah.

..my menu..

Wednesday
Breakfast: Nestum 3 in 1, biskut cicah kopi
Lunch: Nasi Ayam Penyet (nasi separuh), air suam
Tea break: Biskut

Thursday:
Breakfast: Ubi kayu rebus + sambal tumis, nasi goreng 1/4 pinggan (kawan jamu kat pantry)
Lunch: Nasi suku, ikan bakar, sambal petai, kerabu tauge + mangga
Tea break: Mocha ais (buat sendiri)
Early dinner: Ubi kayu rebus + sambal tumis

Friday:
Breakfast: Tose + air suam + milo xde gula  (buat sendiri)

Sedih la pulak..berat naik 0.2kg..erk..apakah yang terjadi..waaaaa!!!!!! Ni sebab semalam makan banyak skit kot..isk..isk.

..0.2kg lagi..

Alhamdulillah..berkat x makan malam..I lost another 0.2kg..okla..so far hilang 0.4kg..menghampiri 1/2kg..hihi..saya kene kuat semangat..kalau pattern ni berterusan and I can mantain..meh kita calculate meh..

1 hari =  0.2kg
1 minggu (7 hari): 7 x 0.2kg = 1.4kg
1 bulan (4 minggu): 4 x 1.4kg = 5.6kg
4 bulan: 5.6 x 4 = 22.4kg

Wow!!!! That's a perfect case la kan..takkan xde yang tergelincir kot. Tapi kalau saya betul² berazam kan..mana tau..boleh. Kene plan dan berangan dulu..hehe..tapi kan..kalau hilang antara 10-15kg pun dah best dah.

Kenapa 4 bulan ye..lagi 4 bulan ke saya nak kawin..takk....lagi 6 bulan++..tapi baju nikah nak tempah 2 bulan sebelum..so I must stay fit and slim.

Semalam saya pegi senamrobik..start kul 8.30pm..abis kul 10.00pm..bestnye part menari²..tapi part yang tak best ada dua..tengok badan saya yg agak besar tu kat cermin masa tengah nari² tu dan bila senaman angkat² kaki..sangat lenguh ok. Tapi lama² sure boleh buat kan..practice makes perfect.
