..start balik atkins..

Saya start buat balik Atkins..this time strict Atkins.

Bulan April lepas saya buat Atkins main²..buah pun makan..penurunan is lembabs ye sebab tak ikut rules Atkins. I just started last Monday..so today is the fourth day. Since Tuesday until today, I'm fasting..posa 6 + qada..sekalikan je la..so hari ni last day fasting..fasting + Atkins, a great combination I guess.

Saya start dengan induction week dulu..2 minggu tuu...so sebelum induction..saya makan 6 pieces durian crepe..huhu..nanti lepas 2 minggu, on cheating day, saya nak makan lagi durian crepe tu. Sedap oo...

Kali ni saya try susun jadual pemakanan saya. Saya dah beli banyakkk ayam dalam frigde. Telur saya dah kurang lalu la. Tuna is another option. Salmon some more..saya try grill salmon tapi kan macam tak bape suka la rasa dia. Ada lagi 2 ketul..nak tak nak..kena habiskan jugak la.

My Atkins menu is inspired by this blog, http://www.fieza.net/tips-diet-atkin-hari-pertama/. Takde la ikut sangat tapi sebagai mempelbagaikan menu. Sebab macam hampir no idea nak masak apa.

Menu saya sepanjang Atkins 3 hari lepas:

Monday
Breakfast: Egg scrambled  + sedikit cendawan + mayonies Kewpie + Sos Peri-peri Nandos
Lunch: Telur dadar + salad balanced kuah spageti + balance ayam bakar + balanced rendang ayam. (Ni semua balanced makanan hari² sebelum)
Dinner: Salmon grill + sup sawi

Tuesday
Sahur: Minced chicken + salad
Berbuka puasa: Ayam goreng kunyit + ayam goreng halia (beli kat kedai)

Wednesday
Sahur: Ayam paprik (beli kat kedai)
Berbuka puasa: Ayam bakar + coleslaw kobis + mayo Kewpie + brokoli rebus

Thursday (today)
Sahur: Ayam + udang goreng (buh kunyit, garam, black pepper + chili flakes) + salad
Berbuka puasa: Cadangnya nak beli Ayamas

Semalam tak pegi keje sebab sakit kepala sangat. So gatal pi timbang. How amazed..after 2 days..berat asal 84.7kg, turun jadi 83.5kg..total turun 1.2kg in 2 days..menarik jugak ye.

So esok pagi pulak la timbang tengok ada kesan tak. Sebab berdasarkan pembacaan saya, bila kita buat Atkins diet ni, badan akan mengalami ketosis and normally it happens after 3 days. Masa tu berat akan turun banyak.
