Hari ni saya gagahkan diri pegi gym gak..tak sangka..lepas 2 minggu tak pegi..saya mengalami penat yg melampau..baru cycling 30 mins..dh mengah..tu pn start dgn level 7..pastu slowly increase naik 8..so total calories yg dh bakar tadi masa cycling is 635..ok la eh..dr xde lgsg..usually saya boleh bakar 1000++ dgn level 8-9 in 45 mins..takpe..slow2..lama dh tak exercise..
Pastu saya try guna alat2 lain..boleh la..pastu dh rasa nk muntah..hmm..faham sgt dah..mmg camtu la saya..esp bila lama x aktif..after all baru 2 minggu++ je..isk2..so sesi hari ni dlm sejam je la..normally 1 1/2 - 2 jam..
Esok saya ingat nk pegi lagi..nak kuatkan semangat..saya tak nak gemuk..huhu..
Tadi berazam x nk mkn mlm..sy mkn coleslaw buat sndiri je..tapi mak masak ketam lak n tempe goreng..huhu..saya ratah tempe skit n mkn kaki ketam..erk..camne ye dr segi kalori..ntah..
Tajuk entry 'macam tak berjaya'..hmm..nape ye tak berjaya..well..saya rasa saya dh fail dalam satu percubaan..fail ke eh..rasanya fail la..percubaan ni sebaiknya jgn dicuba..tp saya cuba gak seskit yg akhirnya menampakkan hasil yg negatif..gagal lagi...kamarku sedia terkunci...lalalala..
