Diet Atkins lagi: Day 1

Hi..

Dah tak reti menulis sebab dah lama sangat tinggal blog ni. Tak tau nak cakap bape banyak sawang.

Hari ni tingin nak update sebab nak start balik Atkins Diet. After so many love-hate relationship with Atkins, and now back to Atkins sebab rasanya it's the best diet for me so far. Sebab I can eat when having meal with my husband.

Berat memang tak mo cakap la..sampai tension tengok berat. Malas nak cakap. Stressssssssssss!!!!
Baby pun mcm tak nampak rupa pun..tu pun stress.

So starting from today, I wanna change myself. Be discipline! Selalu perasaan malas melanda.

Kadang tu urusan dengan Tuhan yang 5x tu tak khusyuk. Pastu melambat2kannya..jahilnya diri ini. Astaghfirullahalazim.

Now I'm having my breakfast with 2 fried eggs and kacang panjang and skit sambal ikan bilis + cili padi.

Nanti try cuba update lagi pasal diet.

..atkins: day 1..

Lama tak cite pasal Atkins.

Well..saya dah sampai peringkat obesiti.

So solution yang saya rasa berkesan is Atkins diet, tiada yang lain.

First day..huhu..nak cuba istiqamah for 14 days dulu. Another 13 days to go..haha.

Based on previous experience, it really works.

Menu hari ni..

Day 1

Pagi: 2 biji telur 3/4 masak + black pepper
In between: infused water [lemon + mint]
Lunch: Ayam black pepper + sawi
Dinner:..will update soon.. 

Semalam saya dah makan macam² sebagai persediaan sebelum teringin yang bukan².

Selamat dah makan durian crepe, semperit, rolled bahulu, old town signature iced blended..sume tu keteringinan yang melampau yang memang bagi gemuk.

Dah berangan dah ni..nak pakai sume baju yang ada dalam almari. Sekarang ni just boleh tengok je..tak boleh sarung..arghhh!!! Hari² pakai jubah custome made..tu pun dah ketat kat tangan.

Musim² panas ni..panas..ketat..isk..I cannot tahan one.

Kene cut makan dah..Atkins is the best so far. Fast result and boleh aa bertahan sebab boleh makan cuma skip carbohydrate je.

Kali ni saya tak harap turun mendadak banyak². Sikit² tapi berterusan.

Boleh ke diet sampai jadi cenggini...erk..
