..atkins diet: from monday to saturday (6 days)..

I totally love this diet. In 6 days..I've lost 2.8kg..nearly 3kg..for this stage, I wanna loose another 7kg to make it 10kg. I'm too fat. Yang bestnya ada baju yang boleh masuk dah. Esok boleh la melaram pi opis.

After I lose 10kg..I'll try another 10 kg to make it 65kg..quite a long journey huh. Tu la sape suh makan banyak. Agaknya dah kurus senang sikit kot nak preggy, InsyaAllah.

My menu:

Saturday
Breakfast: Telur dadar + minced chicken + cendawan
Lunch: Try nak buat butter prawn tapi tak jadi, so makan je la apa yang jadi tu + salad
Dinner: 2 portion ayam goreng kunyit (makan kat kedai)

Sunday (today)
Breakfast: Scrambled egg + tiau miau
Lunch (early lunch): Cadang nak buat ayam kukus
Dinner: Belum tau, malam ni kene tdo umah mak mertua (satgi diet lari lak..takutnya..adeh..maybe beli kot..tengok la nanti)

Ok..nak pi iron baju seksiap..nak melaram esok..yehooo!!!
