..meal that I've taken for the past few days..

Untuk kurus..kene jaga makan kan..and I'm working for it. I list out food that I've taken for this past few days..

Monday:
Breakfast: Maggie goreng, 3-layer tea
Lunch: 3 keping roti wholemeal Gardenia dgn kaya and raspberry jam
Tea break: Biskut
Dinner at 7.30pm: 1/2 Subway roasted chicken

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Kacang kuda, kuih kastard, 1/2 cup 3 in 1 coffee
Lunch: Nasi ikan bawal (nasi separuh), air kelapa
Tea break: 1/2 cup kopi O
Dinner at 6.30pm: Kacang kuda

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Nestum 3 in 1, biskut cicah kopi
Lunch: Nasi Ayam Penyet (nasi separuh), air suam

I try to lead normal life..eat like usual but loose weight..can I do it? Watch your calories..malam ni ada senamrobik..chaiyok²!!
