..3kg in 7 days@1 week..

Tak nak tulis banyak sangat..sikit je..finally after one week induction, I loose 3kg..thanks Atkins..and the most important..syukur ke hadrat Allah kerana melorongkan saya untuk tahu tentang Atkins dan menganugerahkan saya semangat dan kekuatan untuk mengharungi this 1 week diet..another 7days@1 week to go..chaiyok..chaiyok!!
